The project is at 1 Bailey Street, Hung Hom, next to MTR To Kwa Wan Station (Tuen Ma Line), on the gateway site of the Urban Renewal Authority's planned "amalgamated" neighbourhood.

The brochure places the project in the Kowloon City secondary school net, near several international schools and universities. Primary school nets and admissions follow the Education Bureau.
